Baseball Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

Kennedy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 29-4 to the Northwood Gladiators. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Gladiators this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 26-3 on Friday.

Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Northwood, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.

Kennedy and Northwood will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Cavaliers see the field they'll take on Paint Branch at 3:45 p.m. on the 7th. As for Northwood, their break will end when they face Magruder on the 7th.
