Baseball Recap: Bartlesville Gets the Win

While Bartlesville's victory against Muskogee wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bruins had just enough and edged out the Roughers 4-3 on Monday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bruins.

Sam Hill was excellent, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. Bartlesville is undefeated when Hill posts two or more runs, but 7-9 otherwise. Kanin Romesburg was another key player, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Bartlesville's record is now 11-9. As for Muskogee, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-20.

Bartlesville will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Roughers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
