Hamilton's game  on Thursday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Friday. They never let the Maxwell Panthers get on the board and left with  a   24-0  win. The result was nothing new for the Braves, who have now won seven matches by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Emzly Punzo and  Tanya Vera did most of the damage at the plate:  Punzo  got on base  in all six of her plate appearances with five  runs, while  Vera  got on base  in five of her six plate appearances with four  runs and one  RBI. Those  five  runs gave  Punzo a new career-high.  Brieanna Day was another key player,  getting on base  in all five of her plate appearances with three  runs.
 Hamilton  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .809. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
The  victory  got Hamilton back to even at 11-11. As for Maxwell,  they are  on  a  six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-19.
 Hamilton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Maxwell, they will head out to  square off against Biggs  at 2:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Wolverines' pitching crew has only allowed 3.2  runs per game  this season, so the Panthers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
