Basketball Recap: Peninsula Comes Up Short

Peninsula was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt a 72-37 loss at the hands of the Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 67-35 back in January.

Peninsula's defeat dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Wiseburn- Da Vinci, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season.

Peninsula has already played their next game (against Palos Verdes), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Wiseburn- Da Vinci has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Marquez.
