Maple Mountain has gone a perfect 3-0 against Spanish Fork recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Golden Eagles will head out to challenge the Dons at 6:30 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Maple Mountain is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Utah's top teams: Wasatch, who was ranked 12th at the time (Maple Mountain was ranked first). The Golden Eagles blew past the Wasps 3-0 on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 25th.

Maple Mountain's got stronger as the match went on, holding Wasatch to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-21, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Spanish Fork made easy work of Timpview on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Dons.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16, 25-21.

Maple Mountain pushed their record up to 18-1 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Spanish Fork, their victory bumped their record up to 6-7.
