Soccer Recap: Nation Ford Takes a Loss

Nation Ford faced Catawba Ridge in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Catawba Ridge who was credited with the victory. Catawba Ridge got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the Nation Ford Falcons' two. Nation Ford were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Catawba Ridge apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Nation Ford's goal came courtesy of Alec Lindenberg, who's now up to ten this season.
