Basketball Recap: Patton Comes Up Short

Patton lost against Freedom back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Panthers came up short against the Patriots, falling 50-24. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Patton's record now sits at 3-7. As for Freedom, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-6.

Patton will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Polk County at 1:30 p.m. on the 30th. As for Freedom, they will be taking part in a tournament against West Caldwell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
