After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Illini Bluffs, Cuba/Spoon River Valley was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Galva a 12-0 shutout. Cuba/Spoon River Valley might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by six runs or more this season.

Cuba/Spoon River Valley is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season.
