Beal City extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping their season record up to 6-5 in the process. They blew past the Evart Wildcats 9-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-0 on Friday.

As for Evart, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3-1 record this season. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For Evart's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lucas Johnson, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Sean Jackson was another, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Coming up, Beal City will challenge Roscommon at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Bucks have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Evart, they will square off against Lake City at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
