Recap: Bracken Christian Warriors vs. St. Paul Cardinals
The Bracken Christian Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 20 points or more this season. They put the hurt on St. Paul with a sharp 67-42 win on Saturday. The victory was nothing new for Bracken Christian as they're now sitting on three straight.
Bracken Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Hunter Cox led the charge by scoring 32 points. The matchup was Cox's sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Chandler Prescott, who scored 12 points along with eight assists and eight steals.
Bracken Christian has been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 18 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season. As for St. Paul, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bracken Christian will take on Sacred Heart at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sacred Heart will be looking to keep their six-game home win streak alive. As for St. Paul, they will head out on the road to face off against Austin Waldorf at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
