Sadly, Ethan Willingham posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Trion over Bowdon on Friday. Willingham picked up 146 receiving yards and two touchdowns. The performance once again pushed his average receiving yardage north of 100 yards per game (104). He really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 86 yards.

Willingham and Trion will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Schley County at 6:00 p.m. on November 16th. Willingham will face off against Kendall Sims, the Wildcats' star pass catcher. The only thing left to do is find out who's the greater deep ball threat.
