Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Albert). They blew past the Jefferson Yellowjackets 17-4 on Saturday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Falcons considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

St. Albert is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-12 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Jefferson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-23.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Albert will square off against Creston at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Jefferson, they will take on Treynor at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Yellowjackets are facing the Cardinals at the right time seeing as the Cardinals are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
