It was a good run, but Northeast Dubois unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Springs Valley Blackhawks. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Jeeps of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-10, 25-16.

Bailey Werner paced Northeast Dubois' offense, picking up five kills. Werner got some help from Raynie Schnell and her 12 assists.

Northeast Dubois' loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Springs Valley, they pushed their record up to 13-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Northeast Dubois will host Jasper at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Springs Valley, they will head out on the road to challenge Mitchell at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
