Volleyball Recap: Georgetown Starts Season with Loss at Home

Georgetown unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 2-0 to the Fayetteville-Perry Rockets on Saturday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 11 in a row.

Georgetown has already played their next contest (against East Clinton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Fayetteville-Perry, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington on the 16th.
