Softball Recap: Forest Area Comes Up Short

Forest Area was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 7-4 to the Inland Lakes Bulldogs. The Warriors were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in April of 2025.

Forest Area's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Inland Lakes, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Forest Area will head out on the road to take on East Jordan at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors will need to watch out since the Red Devils have now posted at least ten runs in their last four matchups. As for Inland Lakes, they will face off against Pickford at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
