It was a good run, but JC Bermudez Doral unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Reagan Bison by a score of 3-2. If the Thunder were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Bison when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

JC Bermudez Doral took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 21-25, 22-25, 25-16, 17-15.

JC Bermudez Doral now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Reagan, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-14.

JC Bermudez Doral has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Edison on the 7th. As for Reagan, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Dr. Krop on the 6th.
