Volleyball Recap: Palmdale Academy Charter School Comes Up Short

Palmdale Academy Charter School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trinity Classical Academy Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

While Palmdale Academy Charter School ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 23-25, 25-19, 25-17.

Palmdale Academy Charter School's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Trinity Classical Academy, they pushed their record up to 16-5 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Palmdale Academy Charter School and The Palmdale Aerospace Academy will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Trinity Classical Academy, they will welcome Castaic at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
