Basketball Recap: Bushnell-Prairie City Takes a Loss

Bushnell-Prairie City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 61-9 loss at the hands of the Macomb Bombers. The contest marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Bushnell-Prairie City's record now sits at 1-6. As for Macomb, their win bumped their record up to 7-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bushnell-Prairie City will take on Illini West in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on December 16th at. As for Macomb, they will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Quincy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Quincy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.7 points per game this season.
