Riverview Sarasota waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Lakewood Ranch Mustangs as they made off with a 53-30 win. The Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.

Riverview Sarasota found their leader in sophomore Taylor Davidson, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds. Davidson also set a new season-high mark in assists with five. Another player making a difference was Kyrsten Montas, who posted eight points in addition to six assists and three steals.

Riverview Sarasota pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points per game. As for Lakewood Ranch, they moved to 10-3 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Riverview Sarasota didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 53-44 win against Wesley Chapel on the 11th. As for Lakewood Ranch, they will venture away from home to square off against Bradenton Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
