Volleyball Recap: West Branch Takes a Loss

West Branch lost against Jefferson Area back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Warriors fell 2-0 to the Falcons.

While West Branch had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-19.

West Branch's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Jefferson Area, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Branch will take on Minerva at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup will give the Warriors their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Jefferson Area, they will square off against North at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
