Soccer Game Preview: South Central vs. D.H. Conley

South Central is 0-9-1 against D.H. Conley since March of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Falcons will head out on the road to face off against the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. D.H. Conley took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on South Central, who comes in off a win.

South Central took a five-goal loss the last time they faced off against White Oak, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Falcons narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Vikings 2-1. South Central found success even though the refs didn't miss a thing: three South Central players were handed yellow cards.

TJ Young and Mohammed Awadallah scored both of South Central's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Meanwhile, D.H. Conley didn't have quite enough to beat Jacksonville on Thursday and fell 2-1. D.H. Conley have struggled against Jacksonville recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

South Central's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-14-2. As for D.H. Conley, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-9-2.
