Paso Robles entered their tilt with Nipomo on Saturday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Nipomo Titans. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bearcats have posted since March 9, 2024.

Paso Robles got a great performance from Preslie Lyles as she tossed 5.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits.

At the plate, Cayla Zavalla was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Isabelle Murphy was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Paso Robles now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Nipomo, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Paso Robles wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 7-7 tie against Eastside on the 15th. As for Nipomo, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 1-0 victory against Morro Bay on the 20th.
