Baseball Game Preview: Uniondale Knights vs. Valley Stream Central Eagles

For the second straight game, Uniondale will face off against Valley Stream Central. The Knights will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on the Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Uniondale is coming home looking for redemption after taking a loss in their road opener. They lost 7-0 to Valley Stream Central on Wednesday.

For Valley Stream Central's part, Jayden Garcia was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI Garcia has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Jaiya Vera, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.
