Cathedral and Indianapolis Crispus Attucks squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Cathedral had to settle for second. They took a 59-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indianapolis Crispus Attucks Tigers. The Fighting Irish's loss signaled the end of their 11-game winning streak.

Several Fighting Irish players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Aidan Hughes, who shot 50% from the field en route to 12 points and seven rebounds. Brady Koehler was another key player, going 5-for-11 on his way to 14 points and five boards.

It was another big night for Dezmon Briscoe, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds for Indianapolis Crispus Attucks. Briscoe is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted three or more in each of the last 12 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Kayden English, who shot 67% from the field to rack up 15 points.
