Fremd had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They blew past the Hoffman Estates Hawks 17-6. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by six runs or more this season.

Fremd's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-2. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for Hoffman Estates, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.
