Softball Recap: North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays vs. South Newton Rebels

North Judson-San Pierre put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season on Saturday. Everything went their way against the South Newton Rebels as the North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays made off with a 17-7 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for North Judson-San Pierre.

Molly Madsen was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Madsen was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with a home run, five RBI, and three runs.

In other pitching news, Kayla Chambers looked comfortable as she pitched four innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off seven hits.

Back at the plate, North Judson-San Pierre got a massive performance out of Raegan Hensley, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances.
