Football Recap: McDonough Gets the Win

Eagle's Landing Christian Academy came into Friday's matchup looking for another win against McDonough, but Aj Tillman Jr wouldn't allow it. The Warhawks put the hurt on the Chargers with a sharp 28-7 win on Friday thanks in part to Tillman Jr, who rushed for 114 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, and also picked up 40 receiving yards and one TD. He didn't just play on offense: he also made five total tackles and defended two passes.

McDonough's record is now 2-4. As for Eagle's Landing Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-4.

McDonough didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 27-24 defeat against Jones County on the 3rd.
