Basketball Recap: Triton Comes Up Short

Triton suffered their biggest defeat since February 9, 2024 on Monday. They lost 73-51 to the Lake City Tigers. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Cobras' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Triton's loss dropped their record down to 21-3. As for Lake City, they now have a winning record of 13-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Triton will head out to take on Kenyon-Wanamingo at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. We've got a battle between Tigers coming up. Lake City will need to watch out since Stewartville has now posted at least 55 points in their last 12 matchups.
