The Meridian Mustangs will face off against the Millbrook Pioneers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meridian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.9 goals per game this season.

Millbrook will face off against a team with plenty of momentum: Meridian extended their winning streak to three last Thursday. The Mustangs never let Skyline get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. It was an even better day for Fletcher Saaty as he scored three goals for his team.

Meanwhile, Millbrook fell victim to Manassas Park and their airtight defense last Thursday. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 3-0. Millbrook have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Millbrook's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Meridian, their victory bumped their record up to 6-2.

Meridian beat Millbrook by a goal when the teams last played back in May of 2024, winning 1-0. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Pioneers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
