Basketball Recap: Riverside-Brookfield Skates Past Elgin with Ease

Riverside-Brookfield fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They blew past the Elgin Maroons 59-14 on Thursday. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' most dominant win of the season.

Riverside-Brookfield has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-20 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.8 points per game. As for Elgin, they dropped their record down to 6-18 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
