Baseball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Salvatore Fragiglio and Justin Levine Lead St. Peter's to Victory

St. Peter owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Monday. They came out on top against the Kennedy Catholic Gaels by a score of 2-0 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Gaels: they've now won three in a row.

Freddie Avitto looked comfortable as he pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Justin Levine and Salvatore Fragiglio did most of the damage at the plate: Levine scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Fragiglio went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
