Lee Williams hadn't done well against Bradshaw Mountain recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Volunteers walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Bears. This was a revenge game for the Volunteers: when they faced off against the Bears on Saturday, they had to take a 6-4 defeat.

The team relied heavily on Dylan Norbert, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Izaiah Orozco, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.

Lee Williams is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-11 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Bradshaw Mountain, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-6.

Lee Williams didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 10-9 victory against Copper Canyon on the 28th. Bradshaw Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
