Lexington came into Friday's matchup looking for another win against Red Bay, but Jaxon Vinson wouldn't allow it. The Tigers walked away with a 34-21 win over the Golden Bears on Friday thanks in part to Vinson, who rushed for 121 yards and three TDs, and also picked up 87 receiving yards. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 121 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Red Bay's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 34.7 points over those games. As for Lexington, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2.

Looking ahead, Red Bay will be playing in front of their home fans against Belmont at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lexington, they will take on Wilson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Golden Bears are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
