Baseball Recap: Rosemead Takes a Loss

Rosemead was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 12-1 to the Garfield Bulldogs.

Rosemead saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lucas Mojica, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI. That RBI marked the first that Mojica brought in this season.

Rosemead's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Garfield, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Rosemead will face off against Rowland at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Garfield, they will square off against Kennedy at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Garfield's pitching crew has only allowed 1.8 runs per game this season, so Kennedy's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
