St. Paul had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Their defense stepped up to hand the Bonnabel Bruins a 6-0 shutout on Wednesday. Considering Wolves have won 12 contests by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Bonnabel with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Bryce Bordes (2), Marc Jones (2), Liam Dannels- Smith, and Holger Padilla-Aviles.

The victory (which was St. Paul's eighth in a row) raised their record to 20-6-3. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those eight matchups. As for Bonnabel, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-5-2.

As of now, neither St. Paul's nor Bonnabel have any future games scheduled.
