Basketball Recap: Falcon Falcons vs. Eagle Valley Devils
It's playoff time, and Falcon had no trouble coming through when it counted. They managed a 62-56 victory over the Eagle Valley Devils on Friday.

Tyler Cox was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 22 points and ten rebounds. That's the most points he has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Aiden Wood, who put up 11 points and six boards.
When it comes to explaining why Eagle Valley lost, don't look at Dylan Zoller. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 29 points and 16 rebounds. The game was Zoller's sixth in a row with at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Malachi Barros, who earned five points and three steals.
Falcon's win bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Eagle Valley, they moved to 17-7 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
Looking ahead, Falcon will take on Mountain View at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mountain View will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Falcon surely won't give up without a fight. Eagle Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
