Basketball Game Preview: Euclid Panthers vs. Brunswick Blue Devils

Euclid has won five straight games at home, while Brunswick has won five straight on the road dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Panthers will host the Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Euclid's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last ten contests.

Euclid will bounce into Tuesday's matchup after beating Strongsville, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Panthers blew past the Mustangs 73-48 on Friday. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 57th, while the Mustangs are ranked 418th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Brunswick's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 61-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lima Senior.

Euclid's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Brunswick, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-2.
