Recap: Castlewood Warriors vs. Madison Bulldogs

The Castlewood Warriors scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 54-35 win over Madison. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Castlewood has managed all season.

Ella Hunter was the offensive standout of the contest as she dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Castlewood's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gracie Haug, who scored 11 points.

When it comes to explaining why Madison lost, one person who can't be blamed is Audrey Nelson. Despite the final result, she scored six points along with six rebounds.

Madison struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only two offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Castlewood's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Madison, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
