Basketball Recap: Fargo North Falls Short of Century in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Fargo North can now relate to. They took an 88-69 bruising from the Century Patriots on Thursday. While losing is never fun, the Spartans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 48th, while the Patriots are ranked first).

Fargo North's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Century, the victory was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 27-1.
