Chatham has gone a perfect 10-0 against Altavista recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Cavaliers will head out on the road to face off against the Colonels at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Chatham had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the three-goal drubbing they dealt Galileo on Wednesday. The Cavaliers blew past the Falcons 4-1.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Altavista, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Galileo on Thursday, sneaking past 3-2. The win was some much needed relief for Altavista as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Chatham is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-6-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those six games. As for Altavista, their win bumped their record up to 3-11.

Chatham beat Altavista 3-1 in their previous meeting on May 7th. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cavaliers since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
