St. Joseph Notre Dame waltzed into their match on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came out on top against the Rancho Cotate Cougars by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 on Saturday.

Despite the loss, Rancho Cotate still got an impressive performance from Izabella Harumi, who had ten digs and two aces. Harumi has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

St. Joseph Notre Dame's victory bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Rancho Cotate, their loss dropped their record down to 18-6.
