Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clackamas). They were the clear victor by a 102-82 margin over the Gresham Gophers on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Cavaliers have posted against the Gophers since June 5, 2021.

Clackamas pushed their record up to 12-8 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 86.3 points over those games. As for Gresham, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-12.

Clackamas and Gresham could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Oregon Rankings. Clackamas (ranked 40th) will meet Central Catholic (ranked fifth) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Gresham will challenge Barlow at 7:15 p.m. on Friday down 54 places (56 vs. 2).
