Bucklin had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They won by a set and slipped past the Attica Bulldogs 2-1. The victory was nothing new for the Red Aces as they're now sitting on seven straight.

If you add up the scores from across all three sets (70-67) Bucklin actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The match finished with set scores of 15-25, 27-25, 25-20.

Madeline Bowman was the offensive standout of the match as she had 14 digs and two aces. Those 14 digs gave her a new career-high.

Bucklin's win bumped their record up to 25-11. As for Attica, their loss ended a nine-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 28-12.

As of now, neither Bucklin nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
