Volleyball Recap: Bear Creek Comes Up Short

Bear Creek lost against Rocky Mountain back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bears came up short against the Lobos, falling 3-0. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Maryn Whitcomb was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 11 digs and three aces. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in assists (three).

Bear Creek's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Rocky Mountain, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-11.

Bear Creek has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Golden on the 14th. As for Rocky Mountain, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Regis Jesuit on the 11th.
