Volleyball Recap: Westside Comes Up Short

Westside lost against Carnegie Vanguard back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wolves fell 2-0 to the Rhinos. The game marked the first time this season in which the Wolves were not able to get on the board.

Westside now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Carnegie Vanguard, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Westside will take on Heights in a tournament on Friday. The last six games the Bulldogs have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Carnegie Vanguard, they will challenge Austin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give the Rhinos their first taste of in-conference action this season.
