Lassen hasn't had much luck against West Valley recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Grizzlies will head out on the road to square off against the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Lassen is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.4 points per game this season.

On Friday, Lassen didn't have too much trouble with Central Valley as they won 54-37. The Grizzlies haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Lassen found their leader in sophomore Landon Kirack, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 15 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Peace Folorunso, who posted seven points and ten boards.

Lassen smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in December of 2025.

Meanwhile, West Valley ended up a good deal behind Enterprise on Tuesday and lost 61-45. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Hornets: they've now lost eight in a row.

Lassen's win bumped their record up to 9-10. As for West Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 9-13.

Lassen didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against West Valley when the teams last played on January 7th, but they still walked away with a 61-57 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Grizzlies since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
