LaBrae is a perfect 10-0 against Garfield since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The LaBrae Vikings will head out to take on the Garfield G-Men at 7:00 p.m. LaBrae knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Garfield likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, LaBrae was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 66-62 to Crestview.

Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Garfield over Champion in every quarter on their way to victory on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Garfield blew Champion out of the water with a 72-42 final score. The G-Men have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 23 points or more this season.

LaBrae better focus on containing Aidan Hill and Preston Gedeon as the pair were huge in Garfield's win. Hill dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten boards, while Gedeon went 13 of 25 en route to 28 points. Gedeon's afternoon made it seven games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. Cade Rock was another key player, putting up eight points and nine rebounds.

Garfield smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in six consecutive games.

Garfield pushed their record up to 14-5 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.6 points over those games. As for LaBrae, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 10-1 and their overall record down to 14-5.

Everything came up roses for LaBrae against Garfield in their previous matchup back in January, as the squad secured a 71-43 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for LaBrae since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
