Baseball Recap: La Junta Tigers vs. Canon City Tigers
La Junta unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 16-4 to Canon City on Thursday. La Junta was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Canon City apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.
