Auburn took down Fulton on Monday, a win that might not have happened without Myles McBride's standout effort. McBride showed up in a big way, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 5.8 strikeouts per game.

McBride's strong effort led Auburn over Fulton and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Maroons are 9-1 against the Red Raiders going back to May of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
