Football Recap: Wilkes-Barre Starts off Right with Win over Whitehall

Wilkes-Barre had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. Everything went their way against the Whitehall Zephyrs as they made off with a 38-14 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Wolfpack, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Looking ahead, Wilkes-Barre will challenge Stroudsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Whitehall, they are taking a road trip to face off against Nazareth Area at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
